Comfortable four-poster bed, but the shower design was awkward in the bathtub.

Excellent base for travelling to Lockerbie and exploring local places. Lots of supplies in the room: central heating, an ironing set and coffee/tea making equipment. Unbeatable location to Lockerbie Ice Rink. And near the restaurant.

charming hotel with lovely scenery but outdated rooms
The scenic views provided a calming experience throughout my stay. The gardens were well-maintained.
Some areas of the room felt outdated and could benefit from a refresh.

We visited the fine Grey Mare's Tail Waterfall and spent some time at the local golf club. The accommodations were comfy, and we loved having good food options right there. Perfect for relaxation after our adventures! Definitely a spot to return to for future trips.
I found the dining area a bit distracting with the TV playing football nearby, which took away from the dining experience.

Had a cozy one-night stopover here and loved the relaxed vibe with the library nook and garden area to unwind. The breakfast spread was delicious, and chilling in the lounge. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty, but it didn't ruin the experience. 😊

Charming vibes with a dog-friendly twist
This place has a warm, friendly atmosphere. The staff treated us like fam, and they even had a sausage for our dog at breakfast! Just a heads up-if you have allergies, the carpets could use a good cleaning. A solid stay with great dining options!

I really liked the location it was super easy to find and there was plenty of parking. The staff were really nice when i checked in and the room was a good size, very clean too. The wifi signal was great which i really appreciated. Would def come back if in the area!
The shower in the bath looked good but i never got to use it cause of a knee injury. The breakfast was kind of pricey for what you got.
